This page is available to list items that Ashford on the Water residents have to sell. A reference can be listed in our broadcast emails that there are items posted here and a link to this page so those interested can get here in one click.

Ground rules:

1. Listings are restricted to Ashford on the Water neighbors only.
2. Send email with your item and any descriptive information along with your name and contact information that you would like posted here.  I would personally advise against listing your email address due to spambots, but that is up to you.  My suggestion is to list your name and phone number. 
3. Listings will be removed or updated by the request of the seller.
4. Unless there are legitimate objections raised, I have no issue with "service" or "business type listings" or short advertisements posted here for residents.  However, no specific reference will be made to these type listings in the neighborhood broadcast emails. A general mention of the category may be made at the board's discretion.
5. These rules are subject to change at any time and any such changes will be posted here.
