IS A NEIGHBORHOOD STREET LIGHT OUT OR FLICKERING?

We pay to for electricity and maintenance of our street lights. If a street light is out or malfunctioning, please call York County Electric at 803-684-4248 or 800-582-8810. You can also fill out an online repair ticket at: https://www.yorkelectric.net/myhome/report-a-security-light-outage/

Copies of our COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS, BYLAWS, and ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW forms can be accessed by clicking the “Resident Info” button above.

Residents requesting a current NEIGHBORHOOD DIRECTORY or to report updates can contact any BOD member.  We will email it to the address that we have on record.
