Ashford on the Water is a covenant restricted neighborhood. Additions, satellite dish installations, decks, fences, pools, landscaping changes, etc. must have HOA approval along with any applicable County permit. An Architectural Review Application is available on our website. All new residents should have been supplied with a copy of our Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Board of Directors Bylaws. These are filed with York County.

Association assessments are due annually each January. They can be paid by mail to:

Our HOA annual meeting is held around May of each year. The HOA Directors are elected at this meeting and serve from that meeting until the following annual meeting. Neighborhood communications are via email and commercial use of email addresses is prohibited.
